IMPORTANT DHL INFORMATION

When selecting DHL as your shipping option, please note the following:

Missed or Unclaimed Deliveries:
- If you miss, refuse, or fail to collect your DHL parcel, it may either be destroyed by DHL or incur a £100 fee to return it to us.
Refunds and Deductions:
- Refund Exclusion: If the parcel is destroyed, no refund will be issued.
- Return Deduction: If you request the parcel to be sent back to us, £100 will be deducted from your refund to cover DHL’s return fees.
